Great person, got the house sold. I don’t feel like due diligence was done on her end to where I came out, as the seller, “taken care of” in the end. I was blamed for giving her misinformation about the taxes that came with selling the home. As the realtor, it’s the job to check and double check for your client. Why wasn’t my mortgage company called and asked numbers? This ended up being the difference between coming out owing nothing and coming out owing something. I was asked by Kassie to pay her over 1000 after the house was sold when my one stipulation to her was to take home or break even. Once I saw that wasn’t going to happen I tried to break away from the deal but got extremely discouraged again…. It was a rollercoaster. But the home got sold.
